Take I-85 South to the Lenox Road exit. Turn right onto Lenox Road. Take Lenox Road 3 miles until you reach Piedmont Road. Turn left onto Piedmont Road. Continue on Piedmont Road for 0.8 miles, turn right onto East Paces Ferry Road. Cross over Peachtree Road and East Paces Ferry Road now changes to West Paces Ferry Road. At the next light turn left into the complimentary valet which is located in front of Chops and across the street from Whole Foods.  The spa is located on the bottom floor of One Buckhead Plaza office complex (high-rise) between the Nava and Chops restaurants with the entrance facing West Paces Ferry. If your appointment is before 11 am, park your car in the valet circle and leave your keys with the Spa Sydell Guest Service.

Take Exit 107 West Paces Ferry/Northside Parkway.  Turn left off the exit ramp and a right at the first light onto West Paces Ferry.  Continue on West Paces Ferry for 2.9 miles through a residential area and the Governor's Mansion until you come to Paces Ferry Place (at a red light).  Make a right turn into valet parking with Chops Restaurant.  The spa is located on the bottom floor of One Buckhead Plaza office complex (high-rise) between the Nava and Chops restaurants with the entrance facing West Paces Ferry. Go North on Peachtree Street.  When you get near Cheesecake Factory and ESPN Zone stay in the far left lane because street will fork.  Cross over West Paces Ferry.  Turn left on Irby Street (no red light).  Irby Street will dead-end into Paces Ferry Place and you will take a left.  At the next red light go straight across into the complimentary valet parking in front of Chops.  The spa is located on the bottom floor of One Buckhead Plaza office complex (high-rise) between the Nava and Chops restaurants with the entrance facing West Paces Ferry.
