Spa Core Membership Terms & Conditions

Active membership is defined as a membership with current, reoccurring monthly payments of $99 per month.
Membership dues are charged to the card on file on the first business day of the month for that month. Changes to the payment method should be made by phone or in person.
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
Memberships are not prorated for any partial months.
The monthly services included are for members only. They may not be transferred or shared.
Member discounts cannot be used in combination with any other Spa Sydell discount. Certain other promotions may be applicable.
If a service credit is not used in the month it was accrued, it will roll over for up to 90 (ninety) days. After 90 (ninety) days, it will expire and no longer be available for use. This means that at any given point, there will never be more than 3 unused credits at a time.
Birthday gift must be redeemed within 30 days of the active member’s birthday. Birthday gifts are subject to change.
To redeem membership discounts and offers, your account must be in good standing.
Memberships for which the on-file payment method is invalid will be immediately suspended. Benefits may not be used during suspension.
Cancelled memberships can be reinstated up to two times per year.
Memberships can be frozen at a $10/month fee. During the freeze, members may still use their credit balance and any service credits up to their expiry date. During a freeze, accrued credits may be used until their individual expiration dates. Other membership benefits, including new monthly credits or discounts, will not accrue during the freeze. After 6 months, if the membership is not reactivated, it will be cancelled.
Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice via a completed cancellation form. Cancellation forms may be requested either in person or by contacting Spa Sydell at 404-255-7727. Any unused credits and/or balances must be used within 30 days of the final payment. Remaining credits and/or balances after that period will expire. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Spa Sydell reserves the right to cancel memberships automatically after 6 months of inactivity and no communication from the member. If automatically cancelled, the member will be notified using the contact information on file and will have 30 days to redeem any remaining credits before they are forfeited.
Membership terms and conditions are subject to change, including pricing and membership benefits. All changes to the membership will be communicated with 30-day notice using the contact methods on file.
