Getting Started

If you’re new to our wellness program, book your BHRT consultation today to begin your personalized hormone health journey. Memberships are available at our Buckhead, Perimeter, and Alpharetta locations.
Bio Balanced Membership Terms and Conditions
- Active membership is defined as a membership with current, reoccurring monthly payments of $250 per month.
- Membership dues are charged to the card on file on the first day of the month for that month. Changes to the payment method should be made by phone or in person.
- Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
- Memberships are not prorated for any partial months.
- The monthly credit balance and services included are for members only. They may not be transferred or shared.
- Member discounts cannot be used in combination with any other Spa Sydell discount. Certain other promotions may be applicable.
- Service credits and other benefits expire after 30 days and cannot roll over.
- Birthday gifts are to be redeemed within 30 days of the member’s birthday. Birthday gifts are subject to change.
- To redeem membership discounts and offers, your account must be in good standing.
- Memberships for which the on-file payment method is invalid will be immediately suspended. Benefits may not be used during suspension.
- Cancelled memberships can be reinstated up to two times per year.
- Members may freeze their membership for up to 6 consecutive months at a rate of $20 per month. During a freeze, accrued credits may be used until their individual expiration dates. Other membership benefits, including new monthly credits or discounts, will not accrue during the freeze. After 6 months, if the membership is not reactivated, it will be cancelled.
- Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice via completed cancellation form. Cancellation forms may be requested either in person or by contacting Spa Sydell at 404.255.7727. Any unused credits must be used within 30 days of the final payment. Remaining credits and/or balances after that period will expire. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
- Spa Sydell reserves the right to cancel memberships automatically after 3 months of inactivity and no communication from the member. If automatically cancelled, the member will be notified using the contact information on file and will have 60 days to redeem any remaining credits before they are forfeited.
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, prescription products, and any wellness recommendations provided through the membership are administered or prescribed by licensed medical providers in accordance with applicable Georgia law. Medical services are subject to the medical provider’s professional judgment. Spa Sydell reserves the right to deny or adjust services if medically necessary. Members must maintain a valid patient-provider relationship as required by law to receive any prescribed therapies.
- Membership terms and conditions are subject to change, including pricing and membership benefits. All changes to the membership will be communicated with 30-day notice using the contact methods on file.
