For a limited time, get a $50 bonus card for every $150 you spend on gift cards! Purchase them by phone, online, or in-spa.

For phone and online purchases, choose between physical cards shipped to your recipient or a digital copy sent via email. Stack the cards to create an extra special gift or keep the bonus card to treat yourself!

Gift cards activate immediately and never expire. However, bonus cards activate on 1/2/26 and expire on 2/8/26.

Shipped Gift Card

Gift cards are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to arrive). If you don’t receive it within that timeframe, call us at 404-255-7727.
The bonus card details will not be included in the initial receipt due to how our system processes shipped gift cards.
- Once Spa Sydell has confirmed the purchase has been prepared to ship, we will send an updated receipt that includes both the gift card(s) and bonus card(s) for your records.
Both the gift card(s) and bonus card(s) will ship together.

Emailed Gift Card

E-gift cards are subject to a 15–30-day verification period, during which they cannot be used.
- This process can be bypassed by requesting and completing a Gift Card Purchase Authorization form by calling 404.255.7727.
The purchaser will receive an emailed receipt that includes both the gift card and bonus card numbers for their records.
The bonus card is emailed only to the purchaser, not the gift card recipient. This allows the purchaser to keep it or share it as they choose.
- To gift the bonus card, simply forward the email to the desired recipient.
The gift card recipient will receive their e-gift card via email, along with any custom message from the purchaser.

A gift card allows the recipient to choose the treatment(s) that best meets their health needs and aesthetic goals.

What Treatments Can Gift Cards Be Used For?

Gift cards are valid for all services, including Day Spa, Med Spa, and Wellness Program offerings.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

Gift cards never expire. However, bonus cards issued during gift card promotions have set activation and expiration dates.

Can I Use My Gift Card Balance As A Tip?

Unfortunately, you cannot use gift cards for gratuity.

We offer refunds on gift certificates within 30 days of purchase.
To get a refund, you must return the gift certificate along with the original receipt to one of our spa locations.
Refunds will be processed at spa locations only.
If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase.
Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by check from our corporate office within 21 business days.
No refunds will be made in cash at any of our locations.
After 30 days, gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
We only honor gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online.
We enter valid gift certificates into our system to protect our clients.
Lost or stolen gift certificates are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
For e-gift cards, the 15-30 day verification period means the gift card is not usable during that time.
