Gift Cards

For gift cards purchase from September 2017 - now.

• We offer refunds on gift certificates within 30 days of purchase.
• To get a refund, you must return the gift certificate along with the original receipt to one of our spa locations.
• Refunds will be processed at spa locations only.
• If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
• No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase.
• Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by check from our corporate office within 21 business days.
• No refunds will be made in cash at any of our locations.
• After 30 days, gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• We only honor gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online.
• We enter valid gift certificates into our system to protect our clients.
• Lost or stolen gift certificates are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
• For e-gift cards, the 15-30 day verification period means the gift card is not usable during that time unless an authorization form is filled out.

• You may redeem only $50 worth of bonus cards per visit (standard gift cards can be redeemed in any amount).
• Lost or stolen bonus cards are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
• Bonus cards have no cash value.
• Bonus cards come with predefined validity dates. Our payment system will not process expired bonus cards.
