Gift Cards Policy
- Gift certificates are refundable for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The actual gift certificate and the original receipt must accompany all gift certificate refund.
- Refunds will be processed at spa locations only.
- If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
- No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase.
- If cash or check were used to make the sale, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office within 21 business days of the date of the return.
- Under no circumstances will a cash refund be made from any of our locations.
- After 30 days of the date of issue, gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable.
- We will honor only gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online.
- All valid gift certificates are entered into our system at the time of purchase as a protection to our clients.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for a lost or stolen gift certificate.
- For e-gift card purchases, there is a 15-30 day verification process, during which time, the gift card is NOT eligible for use.
