Gift Card Policy
Gift certificates are refundable for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The actual gift certificate and the original receipt must accompany all gift certificate refund. Refunds will be processed at spa locations only. If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase. No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase. If cash or check were used to make the sale, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office within 21 business days of the date of the return. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be made from any of our locations. After 30 days of the date of issue, gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable. We will honor only gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online. All valid gift certificates are entered into our system at the time of purchase as a protection to our clients. Lost or stolen gift certificates are the responsibility of the purchaser. No credits or refunds will be issued for a lost or stolen gift certificate.
For e-gift card purchases, there is a 15-30 day verification process, during which time, the gift card is NOT eligible for use.
