- Gift cards activate immediately and never expire. However, bonus cards activate on 2.18.25 and expire on 4.13.25.

Shipped Gift Card
- We prepare and ship gift cards within 1-3 business days of your purchase.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Allow up to 48 hours to receive the tracking link. If it doesn’t arrive within that timeframe, call us at 404.255.7727.
- Both the gift card(s) and bonus card(s) ship together.
Emailed Gift Card
- For e-gift card purchases, we process a 15–30-day verification period, during which the gift card cannot be used.
- The purchaser receives an emailed receipt that includes both the bonus card and gift card numbers for their records.
- The purchaser receives the emailed bonus card, but the gift card recipient does not
- This allows the purchaser to keep the bonus card or share it with someone else.
- To gift the bonus card, simply forward the email to the desired recipient.
- The gift card recipient will receive the emailed gift card along with any custom message from the purchaser.

A gift card allows the recipient to choose the treatment that best meets their health needs and aesthetic goals.
What Treatments Can Gift Cards Be Used For?
Gift cards are valid for all services, including Day Spa, Med Spa, and Wellness Program offerings.
Do Gift Cards Expire?
Gift cards never expire. However, bonus cards issued during gift card promotions have set activation and expiration dates.
Can I Use My Gift Card Balance As A Tip?
Unfortunately, you cannot use gift cards for gratuity.
Gift Cards Policy
- We offer refunds on gift certificates within 30 days of purchase.
- To get a refund, you must return the gift certificate along with the original receipt to one of our spa locations.
- Refunds will be processed at spa locations only.
- If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
- No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase.
- Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by check from our corporate office within 21 business days.
- No refunds will be made in cash at any of our locations.
- After 30 days, gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- We only honor gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online.
- We enter valid gift certificates into our system to protect our clients.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
- For e-gift cards, the 15-30 day verification period means the gift card is not usable during that time.
Bonus Card Policy
- You may redeem only $50 worth of bonus cards per visit (standard gift cards can be redeemed in any amount).
- Lost or stolen bonus cards are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
- Bonus cards have no cash value.
- Bonus cards come with predefined validity dates. Our payment system will not process expired bonus cards.
