Terms and Conditions
- Availability: Currently, these packages are only available for purchase at our Buckhead location.
- Package Customization: Bridal packages are fixed and cannot be altered, exchanged, or customized including services and products.
- No Refunds or Price Adjustments: Package pricing is all-inclusive and final. Unused units (e.g., fewer units of Botox) or unredeemed services will not be refunded or credited. No price adjustments will be made for services or products not used.
- Product Selection: Any skincare products included in your package (such as a custom skincare regimen or Nutrafol supplements) will be selected by your provider based on your skin’s specific needs. Substitutions or changes to the products are not permitted.
- Scheduling & Expiration: Packages must be used within the designated timeframe (e.g., 12-month packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase). During your initial consultation, it is recommended to schedule your treatments in advance to ensure availability. Missed or delayed appointments may affect results.
- Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and intended for the original purchaser only.
- Medical Considerations: All treatments are subject to provider approval following consultation and assessment. In the event a service is medically contraindicated, your provider will suggest an appropriate alternative where possible.
