What should I expect during my first visit?
Your experience begins with a warm welcome, a review of your recent relevant medical history and intake forms, followed by a personalized consultation.
Our team will review your goals, answer your questions, and recommend services tailored specifically to you. In most cases, services can be performed the same day.
Do I need a consultation before booking services?
For all services, a brief consultation is conducted to ensure your needs are understood and your experience is safe and tailored to you. For advanced medical or wellness services, a full consultation is required before your first visit. This allows our team to review your goals, medical history, and recommend the best treatment plan for optimal results.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 24 hours for day spa services ($50 fee)
- 48 hours for injectable and advanced services ($75 fee)
- 48 hours for holiday appointments (100% off the service total)
- 2 weeks for group events ($50 fee)
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork, so your service can begin promptly and stress-free.
What if I am running late?
If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to respect other scheduled guests.
Are your providers licensed and trained?
Yes. Our team consists of licensed, highly trained professionals who specialize in advanced aesthetics, skincare, and wellness treatments. Ongoing education and safety are top priorities at Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics.
